We are pleased to announce that our company is co-hosting the special exhibition \u201cBiologging \u2013 The Secret World Captured by Marine Life\u201d at Shikoku Aquarium, together with the University of Tokyo\u2019s Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute, Biologging Solutions Inc., and Little Leonardo Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n
Period:<\/b><\/span> July 12 (Sat) \u2013 August 31 (Sun), 2025<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Venue:<\/b><\/span> Lecture Room, 1F Dolphin Building, Shikoku Aquarium<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \u201cBiologging\u201d involves attaching small cameras and sensor-equipped devices to marine creatures such as sea turtles, penguins, and dolphins to reveal their daily activities, diets, and movements. This innovative research method offers fascinating insights into marine life.<\/p>\n The exhibition features:<\/p>\n Panels, illustrations, and specimens showcasing the behaviors of horseshoe crabs, rays, sea turtles, sharks, shearwaters, penguins, and dolphins.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Videos captured from the perspectives of sea turtles and penguins.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Detailed explanations on the history and evolution of biologging technology.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Quiz Rally:<\/b><\/span> Participate by scanning QR codes throughout the venue with your smartphone. Winners receive an \u201cOriginal Card\u201d that provides access to exclusive videos beyond those shown at the exhibition (Available from July 12 to August 31).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fish Goshuin (Fish-themed commemorative stamps):<\/b><\/span> Special designs featuring sea turtles and penguins available on A6 Japanese paper for 300 yen. Dates are handwritten on-site by staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Biologging techniques are included in elementary and junior high school textbooks, making this exhibition ideal for summer vacation research projects. Explanatory texts by Professor Katsufumi Sato from the University of Tokyo will enhance visitors\u2019 scientific curiosity.<\/p>\n Our company actively engages in initiatives that deepen the understanding of animal behavior and environmental interactions, sharing new discoveries widely.
